Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Cancellation

Orders cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot start generally receive a full refund of the remaining balance on the original payment.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled start, your cancellation may still be processed, but the photographer's configured cancellation fee and any applicable mileage paid at checkout may be retained from the refund. Each photographer sets their own cancellation fee; this is shown on their storefront and profile before you book.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment when possible to avoid potential fees. Each photographer sets their own reschedule timeframe and fee, which are shown on their storefront before booking.
