Hey Jose!
I'm planning on scheduling listing photos for 126 Manley Ave this week or next, but my client is going to get a dumpster delivered tomorrow morning. Do you offer any service where you'd be willing to take the front exterior photos and drones and come back and take interior photos another day? The home is not list ready, but I also don't want to have the dumpster in the exterior photos! Totally fine either way, but I figured I'd ask.

I have let the PMs know to favorite you in their accounts as well. Also, I wanted to note that we do not need the "custom shoot" that Harr offered. We like pics of a zero step entry, an unfinished garage, the mechanical room... things from our build, not the selections if that makes sense. Let me know if I can clarify, I know that's not the norm for real estate shots.
I told the PMs to write it in the notes if there's something we'd want a pic of too.

That's great! I mean, your pics are fantastic, so no need to change the bulk or really anything that you do. We just don't need close ups for finishes like what was done sometimes as a "custom photo shoot" and then, yes, you're very warm, builder features like the zero step and some unfinished spaces will be wonderful too. I'll try to make sure the PMs note what they want if it's anything special or out of the norm. |

We have a client complaining about their pictures and just wondered if their was something you could do. Morgan had taken the pictures late summer, we think they are fine but the client wants them freshened up. Let me know if you are able to do this and how much it would cost. Thanks so much. Brit |

For your photos next Wednesday in Twin Lake, will you skip the fixtures, skip the bathroom vanities, skip the pantry, skip the owner's suite closet, but please do get the room with the mirrors and the bays of windows at the back of the house. Let me know fi that doesn't make sense. The vanities and stuff can still be in the pics if you can't avoid it. Those things were supplied by the homeowners, so we don't want them for our marketing pics. Thank you! |
