Getting started with PhotoReal
How do I join?
It’s easy! There are a few simple steps to get started including. You’ll link your calendar, set
your rates and hours and of course connect to your bank account to get paid! We do
require a background check, certificate of insurance and proof of your Part 107 FAA drone license.
What are the requirements to join?
Passing a background check and carrying insurance. While experience is beneficial it is not required.
Does PhotoReal offer any training?
Not currently but we will have videos going over the basics of real estate photography.
What are the benefits of joining PhotoReal?
Freedom to focus on what you love and do best with the support you need. If you’ve worked for a company, you will now be able to charge what you deserve while still receiving support. If you have worked solo before you will no longer have to take care of everything. We’ve got your back.

Earnings & Pricing
How do I get paid?
You will be paid through Stripe every Friday for all jobs completed more than 2 Fridays prior.
Do I set my own rate?
Yes! You set the rate for all the services you offer.
Managing Clients & Orders
How do I maintain my existing clients?
You can send invites to your clients so that when they join, they will add you as their favorite photographer. That means every time they place an order, they will be looking at your services and schedule first.
What happens if I need to cancel at the last minute?
We recommend reaching out to your clients directly to ask about rescheduling to a different day or time. If you are unable to do so, our support team is happy to help. Media creation appointments may be moved to another photographer’s schedule. Multiple last-minute cancellations may be reflected in your rating.
Media Delivery & Handling
How is delivery handled?
If you already work with an editor, we will connect them to your account so that they will continue editing your work. If you need an editor, we will connect you with one.

Ratings & Support
How is my rating determined?
After an order is completed, agents will be able to submit a rating. They can give an overall rating and rate your quality, communication/professionalism and timeliness. Last-minute cancellations may also have an impact on your rating.
What support do I receive from PhotoReal?
PhotoReal offers support in many ways. We actively work to promote all photographers on the platform allowing you to focus on doing what you love. We connect you with an editing team if you don’t have your own. If you have your own editor, we will bring them to the PhotoReal platform. PhotoReal offers tech support if you are having trouble with the platform. We are here to answer any Platform related questions. PhotoReal will assist in mediating any concerns between you and a client that cannot be resolved on your own.
